• Identifying systemic security issues based on the analysis of vulnerability and configuration data.
• Conducting vulnerability scans and recognize vulnerabilities in security systems.
• Ensuring security practices are followed throughout the acquisition process.
• Designing security controls based on cybersecurity principles.
• Evaluating the adequacy of security designs.
• Conducting audits or reviews of technical systems.
• Integrating and applying policies that meet system security objectives.
• Applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements.
• Designing countermeasures to identified security risks.
• Developing and applying security system access controls.

• 1-2 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry or role-related experience.
• Knowledge of risk management processes, cyberthreats, vulnerabilities, and information security systems engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information technology, information security, or instructional systems design.
• Security and risk management Certificates are a plus.

The salary for this position is between 3000 - 3500 EUR gross per month (depending on your skills and experience). Next to that there's an attractive package of secondary benefits about which we 'd love to tell you more in a personal meeting.

The job is located in the Utrecht area.
